Not a small mess—a real, operational, "how is this business still functioning?" kind of mess.
Files everywhere. Excel sheets layered like geological fossils. WhatsApp groups pretending to be workflows.

It wasn't inefficient. It was unscalable.

Where the Problem First Appeared
During Touristiy's company formation phase, we met Bülent Bey from FCS Tekno.
He had built a strong accounting & compliance firm, but the internal operations told a different story:
- too many clients
- too many procedures
- too many steps
- too many people involved
- no unified system to hold it together
The more clients they served, the harder it became to track even basic progress. This wasn't a "product opportunity." It was a survival moment.
The First Prototype: Stabilizing the Chaos
Before Çetele became a platform, it was a no-code MVP created purely to stop the bleeding.
